Our main mission is to find you qualified, experienced labour hire or permanent staff to satisfy workforce requirements for your projects. We have one of Australia's biggest FIFO & Construction databases, where we can find the right candidates for your business or project needs.
With a diverse range of qualified resources, we are here to partner with your business to provide a tailored package to suit your needs. We are experienced and focused on working with you to ensure your projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with integrity and respect.

Lydon Hollitt
Founder and Managing Director
Lydon is passionate about putting Australians in Australian jobs. He founded ACM to help connect Australian businesses with the skilled workforce they need to thrive. As the Head of Projects, Strategy & Growth, Lydon continues to find ways to offer the highest quality people and service. With a strong background in construction and project management, including more than a decade of hands-on experience managing multiple trades across Australian mining and construction sites, he understands it all.
Dan Johnstone
Operations Manager
With over 12 years in HDPE pipelining and construction, Dan has done everything from manufacturing, installation and fabrication to project management and executive sales. Recognised as one of the go-to people in the industry with strong relationships across the construction and mining sector. Coupled with a talent for troubleshooting, he is more than equipped to aid your project with the right skills and technical support.
Tanya Hollitt
Contract & Administration Manager
Tanya and her team screen applicants and ensure they have the right qualifications to deliver what you need when you need it. The ACM team also work tirelessly behind the scenes to manage contracts and mobilisation paperwork, so you can get the people you need as soon as possible to get your job underway.
